State Office for Inventions and Trademarks had organized at Bucharest the International Seminar “Information Services offered by the National IP Offices”, on November 17-18, 2005.
The Seminar has been exclusively dedicated to the representatives of specialized departments from National Offices of invited countries and it has two objectives:
• the first objective has been an experience exchange, between specialized departments of National Offices participating to the Seminar, regarding the free-of-charge or paid searching and other services, concerning inventions, trademarks and industrial design, the requests solving manner, client-Office relationship, other connected problems.
• the second objective has been o possible collaboration between specialized departments from National Offices of invited countries, in order to satisfy the client’s requests in IP domain, related to specific market from that country, along with a possible mutual promotion of these services.
To this Seminar have been present:
- European Patent Office;
- representatives from following National Offices: Austria, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Moldavia, Poland, Slovenia and Ukraine.
